I'm Nichola, and I run Nichola Colligan Medical Aesthetics from a private treatment room in West Kirby on the Wirral. Here's a little about how I got here and what you can expect when you visit.
My journey started in community nursing, a role that will always remain close to my heart because it taught me to see and care for the person, not just the symptom. Over the years, I deepened my clinical expertise across dermatology, general practice, and school nursing, building a thorough understanding of skin physiology, facial anatomy, and patient safety.
In 2015, following the arrival of my first child, I took my initial steps into the world of medical aesthetics. What began as a focused ambition alongside my clinical work quickly grew into a lifelong passion.
Committed to the highest standards in the industry, I pursued advanced aesthetic training and qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber (INP) in 2023. This advanced credential ensures that your care is medically led from your initial assessment and bespoke prescription through to post-treatment support.
For me, clinical safety and subtle, natural balance are non-negotiable. I believe that aesthetics should never change who you are. It should empower you, restore your confidence, and leave you feeling like the best version of yourself.
